- Precision, wave-by-wave voltage regulation & power conditioning has been a long felt need of CNC, electronics, data processing & mission critical applications. Existing technologies have not been able to fulfil this need. New technologies have not been readily available & have been too expensive so far.
- To fulfil this need of the market, a joint venture company has been promoted with TSi Power, USA.
- This JV has been launched at Vadodara, India by technocrats enriched with decades of experience in power conditioning industry.
- Key promoter & managing Director is a technocrat from the prestigious IIT-Kanpur, India, co-promoter being TSi Power, USA.
- The JV has a licensing & technology transfer agreement with TSi Power Corp, USA for TSi range of revolutionary power conditioning devices.
- Jointly, the experience of promoters spans across applications of power conditioning & energy saving devices in industrial, commercial as well as residential sectors. It covers a wide geographical area, spanning across not only USA & European countries with stable power, but also covering all such territories that suffer from the worst power quality issues, especially in Asia & Africa.
